Big...sigh.
LESSON LEARNED! When your publisher sends you the first print out of your latest 300 A4 page book for revisions, who then says, ‘you didn’t put page numbers on.’ Why would that matter? Said publisher DROPPED the stack of papers.
Now, you might think, well that’s OK as one could simply sort pages by their chapters and put them back in order. Sure… except, this book is from character viewpoints, with no chapters as such AND with repeated scenes!
So, I’ve just spent hours sorting and numbering them all by hand! The good news is that for fans of All Fall Down, this is the latest revision for the sequel which is coming out this Autumn! The bad news is that the story may now not be in order. Still, will make for a fascinating read–ha!
